How to Use

The products in our Starter Plan are designed to be taken together to optimally nourish mother and baby before, during, and after pregnancy*.

Prenatal Multi:

When to take: With a full meal, ideally in the morning or around lunchtime for optimal energy throughout the day. Avoid within 5 hours of bedtime due to energizing nutrients

Flexible dosing: Split your serving between meals if preferred

Starting out: If switching from a less nutrient-dense prenatal, start with half doses and work your way up to the full recommended dosage:

- Multi Powder: Begin with ½ scoop, work up to 2 scoops
- Multi Capsules: Begin with 4 capsules, work up to 8 capsules
- Multi Essentials: Take all 3 capsules (can divide between meals or take before bed if nauseous)

Powder only: Mix into smoothies, beverages, or soft foods like yogurt. Avoid hot liquids and don't take on an empty stomach

Omega-3 Fish Oil or Omega-3+ Vegan:

- Take 2 softgels daily with food
- For optimal Choline absorption, take at a different time than your Prenatal Multi

    Worth the value!

    These never made me nauseous while pregnant and my blood levels have always been great while taking it! I’m still taking it postpartum because I know it’s doing wonders for my body and breastfeeding my baby as well.
