Egg quality is influenced by mitochondrial health and oxidative stress. There are more mitochondria in one egg cell than in any other cell in the body, and their DNA is passed directly from mom to baby. Stress, toxins, aging, and other lifestyle factors contribute to oxidative stress.

Our Egg Quality Support is formulated by perinatal health practitioners to help you (and your eggs) thrive. You are born with all of your egg cells (oocytes), and an oocyte takes 3 to 4 months to mature before ovulation. Our Egg Quality Support is designed to support egg cell health as they develop into mature eggs. Improving egg quality can support fertility outcomes.

It’s never too early or too late to focus on egg quality, but for optimal results we recommend taking Egg Support at least 3 months before trying to conceive or freezing your eggs.
How to Use

Take two (2) capsules once daily. For best absorption, take at least 30 minutes away from food. If you experience nausea, consider taking Egg Quality Support right before or with a meal.

    The smell isn’t as strong as other supplements. The scent inserts for the bottles smell really good! It doesn’t feel heavy on the stomach. So far pretty pleased

When should I start taking Egg Quality Support?

Should I take this product while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, Egg Quality Support is safe to continue taking during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Many women choose to continue taking it during the two-week wait and beyond for continued support.
Why doesn't this product include CoQ10?

We offer CoQ10 separately for two reasons. First, CoQ10 stability can be compromised when it is encapsulated with other nutrients, so it is best taken as a standalone supplement. Second, offering CoQ10 separately allows us to offer it in more meaningful dosages that would be difficult to achieve in a combined product.
I see that this contains green tea. How much caffeine does it contain?

Our green tea extract is decaffeinated. It has been lab tested and contains about 2 mg of caffeine per serving. For comparison, decaf coffee contains about 7 mg of caffeine in one 8 ounce cup, which is more caffeine than the green tea in Egg Quality Support.
Is your Egg Quality Support vegan, allergen free, and non GMO?

Our Egg Quality Support is vegan and non-GMO. It is also free of 9 major allergens and gluten.
Is Egg Quality Support safe to take with other supplements?
